Hi Support,

I hope you’d be able to help us figure this out.
We are currently set up to have our automated email send through Sendinblue / Brevo but the sender info is still showing the old settings.
ie.
It shows From: My Company< kirstyn@capitalwineschool.com >
instead of From: Capital Wines School < info@capitalwineschool.com >

Hi there,

It’s going to depend on what is sending those headers.

Is it just EE emails showing the incorrect headers?

If so go to Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Your Organization.

Check the values set in ‘Organization Name’ and ‘Primary Contact Email’.

Hi Support,

We did that but we still have the same issue with the sender not being what we have on there.

Are there additional settings that we have to change to allow Sendinblue / Brevo to wrok properly?
