Hi,
the default email receipt/notification format is showing the details like if it is an HTML code.

Hi,

Can you contact your web host and ask them which version of PHPMailer is installed on their web server? The reason I ask is because issues like this one have been reported before and PHPMailer version 6 was supposed to fix this.
