Event disappearing from calendar

There is still 5 hours before my event and it has disappeared from the calendar. I can find it in the back-end as an inactive event, however I don’t see how to make it active again. In the settings, there is still plenty of time left for registrations to happen and under the section that says “is this an active event”, the dropdown says “yes”.

Ultimatly, I want events to stay on the calendar even after the event is over, just not allow registration.

It says that the event Status is closed and I don’t see how to fix that as it’s not closed yet.

Try modifying your shortcode: [ESPRESSO_CALENDAR show_expired=”true”]

Is your registration closed too or just the event?

What are you registration start and end times? http://www.screencast.com/t/IEcbom5n

You might also check your WordPress and Server time settings to make sure they are as expected.

That shortcode is best for the calendar, but if you have the correct start/end times for your event then you should be able to still accept registrations.

lol – oh duh – the time/date settings in wordpress were off by a day, so it thought that the event happened yesterday. *face palm*

Thanks for the short code to show expired events tho, I still needed that.
