Event Disappeared from Calendar and EE4 Plug-in Not Updating

Hi. The following event is no longer appearing on the calendar: http://www.dchistory.org/events/d-c-fire-ems-museum-talk-tour/

The event is sold-out, but we still want it to appear. Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted?

Also, we cannot update the plug-in because it says we need a support license key. However, that key is entered in the appropriate field. What do we need to do to get the updates?

Hi, update the calendar to use this shortcode on your WP page:

[ESPRESSO_CALENDAR show_expired=”true”]

Try this new support license key ending in ad:

Thanks Lorenzo. That new support key is working and I managed to update the plugin. However, the event still is not showing up on the calendar (it was already set to show expired). We also had a cancellation so the event is no longer sold out, yet it is still appearing as sold out on the back end.

Could you update Event Espresso 4 and then re-save the event through the event editor?

I did and now the event is appearing correctly. However, if I mark it sold out, it still does disappear from the calendar. Thanks!

Events that sell out automatically have their status updated to sold out. You would need to manually change this back via the event editor.
