Event Date Not Updating on Front End

Hello,

I changed the date and time for a previously added event. However, it still reflects the original date and time. I wasn’t sure if this was a problem with Event Espresso or with WordPress in general? The published date of the event has not changed though and doesn’t reflect on the front end. (which is what I want)

How might I fix this?

Hi Jaclyn,

The published on date would not be affected by changing the datetimes or ticket options.

That would be similar to the date / author information (post meta) that is shown on a blog post. Could you please share a link to this event so we can take a look?

Alternatively, a screenshot of the event area with the date would be helpful. Here are some ways that you can share a screenshot with us:

Hi Lorenzo,

I forgot that I copied the events widget and pasted it in a custom text widget to allow for linking to a different place. I apologize for wasting your time.
