Event Category Grid Possible?

I am using EE4 and was wondering if there is a way to display my course/event categories as a grid/table? I have courses in each county and would like to have an event category page that users can select their county from such as my current site http://www.avalonbookings.com/avalon/store/comersus_listCategories.asp. My EE site is http://www.avalonrc.ie/wordpress Any suggestions?
