I want to set a global event capacity no matter which time slot they choose |

Hi there, So for this example, if you have a single DateTime within the event then both the tickets will be assigned to that DateTime. You can set specific limits on tickets but the ‘overall’ limit is the DateTime limit, meaning something like this: https://monosnap.com/file/2WDDBEiSw415wsjominbBdhurbylC0 Allows you to sell any combination of adult and child tickets until you reach the DateTime limit of 20. Which sounds very similar to what you are trying to do above with Ticket One and Ticket Two. Does that help? |

Hi, |

To do that you would need to switch out the way you have the event set up and use a single datetime with more ticket options. Think of the datetime as the room, then your ticket options would need to be all choices available for that room. You can’t link to datetimes together to share a limit, but you can use a single datetime and have as many ticket options as you prefer from there.
If I understand correctly, then no, message templates are set at the event level. Each datetime within that event would use whatever was set on the event itself. |
