Logged in users are seeing all events but logged out users are only seeing some events. Can’t find any reason or settings preventing event from being listed to non-logged in users.
Using:
EE4 Version 4.10.3.p
Calendar addon: Version 3.2.13.p
Promos: Version 1.0.14.p
WP users: Version 2.0.17.p

Hi there,
Your site is using W3 Total Cache so the likely cause for the above is stale cache.
Logged in users are not server cached pages, logged out user are.
Try clearing your cache and test again, does it show all events then?
Dashboard -> Performance -> Empty all caches
