Errors sending the tickets out

Hey guys, we’ve began registration implemented postmark delivery service and everything was great up to yesterday for no reason that I can think of the emails stopped being generated.

The system still collectes registrants info, but the process stops there. I’ve checked the error logs at postmark and the emails don’t make it that far, when I click on resend registration I recieve a message An error has occurred:
Something went wrong and the message for this registration was NOT resent

I’ve used the postmark test tool in the WP plugin and it send a test email to 2 different accounts without any issues.

Hi Phil,

If you go to Event Espresso > Messages, then go to edit one of the Message templates, then send a test message from there, do you receive the test message?

Yes I still recieve it:
An error has occurred:
The test message was not sent

In that template, you’ll have a To: field and an From: field. You’ll want to make sure that you have unformatted shortcodes there. So for example if the email is going to the registrant, you’ll want to make sure the To: field has:

[RECIPIENT_EMAIL]

Then the from field should have one of these:

[CO_EMAIL]
[ESPRESSO_ADMIN_EMAIL]
[EVENT_AUTHOR_EMAIL]

It should not have one of these in the From: field:
[CO_FORMATTED_EMAIL]
[ESPRESSO_ADMIN_FORMATTED_EMAIL]
[EVENT_AUTHOR_FORMATTED_EMAIL]

thanks i figured it out, I changed the email in the settings panel yesterday it didn’t jive with the postmark email. Thanks for the fast responce.
