I’m seeing this at the top of the page when viewing the confirmation receipt:

I added the package of all the templates to my theme – is there one I can just remove to fix this?

Can you explain this further please? Which templates?
This isn’t an issue with the templates but an issue with the server set up.
This error:
[function.getimagesize]: http:// wrapper is disabled in the server configuration by allow_url_fopen=0
Means allow_url_fopen has been disabled on the server, I would recommend contacting your hosting provider and have them enable it on your site.

Ok – this was caused by an old php.ini file that was sitting there from a prior host. All good now.
