I have downloaded the app “Event Espresso HD”. We are currently selling tickets using the ticketing add-on for a magic show at our non-profit rec center this Saturday.
The tickets are being generated just fine for the event with the description, map, our logo, QR code, etc.
The trouble I am having is that I keep on getting an error when I try to log into the app called “Error with EndPoint URL”. The WP username and password works and I’ve tried entering our domain several ways to include:

http://thearcofanchorage.org
thearcofanchorage.org
https://www.thearcofanchorage.org
http://www.thearcofanchorage.org
I am not sure why I am not being allowed to log into the app.

Hi there,
It looks like you don’t have the Espresso JSON API Add-on installed.
You’ll need that add-on for the app to communicate to Event Espresso.
Download it from your account page and install it like any normal plugin, then retry loggin in via the app.
You can just use the domain ‘thearcofanchorage.org’ for the endpoint URL.
