Error with EndPoint URL on Android App

Recently I started receiving the message Error with EndPoint URL through the Android App. I tried reinstalling the JSON API plugin. I also tried logging using a different Events Admin account that has never logged in before. There doesn’t seem to be any solution available for this though I see others get this same error in the forum.

Hi Azitsm, the endpoint URL should be the website URL. For example, if your website was myeventsbusiness.com, then your endpoint URL would also be myeventsbusiness.com.

The mobile apps also do need a WordPress admin role. A restricted user role won’t work.

Also, if you have recently installed a security plugin, then I would temporarily disable it and see if that helps.

Cheers

Awesome! Yes, it had to do with a recent security plugin. I disabled that for now but the app works as expected now. Thanks!

Hi Azitsm, glad to hear its working again. Could you share the name of the plugin that you disabled?

This will help other members if they run into this issue. Thanks again.
