When I save the event I get this error. any ideas?

Hi,
Those will appear under the following conditions:
a) An incomplete install under a Windows based server in which some database tables were not created
b) An incomplete manual install via SFTP or FTP where some files timed-out during transfer and are therefore missing

Ok so how is this fixed?

Are you using a Windows based server? If so, switch to apache or nginx and run the reinstall again.
If you manually installed, then try reinstalling through the WordPress plugins as that doesn’t timeout on files.
