Just updated one of my customer’s websites to version 4.10.11 and now the current events don’t work. I get the following error message:

Notice: WPDB AGAIN: Error “Table ‘e9t742628659302.hnptudta27sers’ doesn’t exist” while running the same method and arguments as before. Automatically attempting to fix EE Addons DB in /var/www/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/db_models/EEM_Base.model.php on line 2394

Really need some help with this one pretty quick. My customer cannot get people registered for their classes.

Thanks,
Wayne.

Just a quick follow up. I’ve rolled back to an earlier version of Event Espresso and everything is working fine. Still, might be good to get an answer about the “Fatal Error” message for when I do update but, no hurry.
Thanks again,
Wayne.

Hi Wayne,

Do you have the error logs from when the above was thrown? If so can you send me those over? If they are larger than 10MB you can use something like WeTransfer to send it to support[at]eventespresso.com

The error is basically saying that one of your database tables doesn’t exist, yet it must otherwise EE wouldn’t function and reverting back to 4.10.10 wouldn’t have fixed it.
