From the events page. I am trying to get more detail of a given event or register for that event and then next page shows “Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.”
I checked the network log in browser debug and its keep calling the same page over and over.
One more note that I had just upgraded from decaf version to licensed. However i had encounter the same issue before upgrading but upgrading the event espresso decaf plugin to new version had solved the issue previously.
Not sure what went wrong this time.

Can you go to Dashboard -> Permalinks
Do you see a single quote at the begging of the input field? – http://take.ms/uEWoX

Yes I am seeing single quote in the permalink

Should I remove the single quote only or remove the quote and backslash?

You need to remove all of the quotes (there are two) and there should be only one slash in between each part of the URL. So for example the above custom structure should actually be:
/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/%category%/
