Hi,

I updated my event the price for serval tickets and I got the message saying (The maximum number of inputs on this page has been exceeded. You cannot add anymore items (i.e. tickets, datetimes, custom fields) on this page because of your servers PHP “max_input_vars” setting.
There are 1021 inputs and the maximum amount currently allowed by your server is 1000.)

I did change max_input_vars on the server to 2000, and it did show the changed when I go to Maintain -> system information.

Can you please help, it is urgent.

Thanks

Hi there,

What version number of EE4 are you using? The latest version has a different message and does some additional checking which prevents the notice if max_input_vars has been updated but has not updated in EE config yet.

If you go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Make a small change, add a character to the Organization name for example, save, remove the change and save again EE will rebuild its config and pull the latest value for max_input_vars, if that’s 2000 at that point it should prevent the above notice.

Thanks, Tony,

It is fixed, and all the price of the tickets are updated after hitting save from the generation system section.

Thank you for your help,
Yen
