Error on registration

To cut a long story short; We moved servers, everything was working, this week things have started to break down a little bit. Users try and register but are stopped when they fill their information in by an error message notification saying that all the required fields must be filled in, even if they have been.

We are running the latest version of EE4.

Thanks

Hi AnnieB,

How did you move servers? Using a plugin to migrate the database?

Does your new host use server side caching? (Who is your new host?)

Can you link me to a test event I can register onto please?

I seem to be able to register for some events, then others I get the errors, for example: http://www.anniebarr.com/events/immunisation-training-childhood-travel-health-newcastle/ this course is throwing the list of required fields back at me but I was able to register on: http://www.anniebarr.com/events/weight-management-newcastle/

Another course gave me a different error – no primary registrant or something? – and appeared to lock out my events admin page somehow (white screen) but apparently registering on another course seemed to remedy things.

I did a manual backup and transfer of the site and database.

We moved to a dedicated server with Heart Internet which is running cpanel. I don’t see any caching enabled at all, but I might not be looking in the right place.

Hi Annie,

I used a tool to check for caching and I did not see a caching solution running:

https://urivalet.com/?http://anniebarr.com/events/weight-management-newcastle/#Report

Cache-Control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate, post-check=0, pre-check=0
Pragma: no-cache

Could you try temporarily deactivating all plugins and reactivating only Event Espresso 4?

Does it then work as expected?

Lorenzo
