Hi there,
I’m having an issue with a page on my site after I register for a course. After registering and going back to the website, if I click on ‘news’ in the top navigation, it takes me through to the ‘thank you’ page for the course I’ve just registered for. However before I register for a course, clicking on the ‘news’ page take me through to the news.

Here’s a link to a video to show you hoe the error occurs:http://www.amsut.net.au/clients/woodendnh.org.au/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/IMG_6687.mov

and here’s the webiste link: http://www.amsut.net.au/clients/woodendnh.org.au/

Thanks so much,
Kate

Hi Kate,

This is strange, can you try updating to the current version of Event Espresso 4. Also, do you happen to know if the site is going to moved to its own domain instead of a subsite under the /clients folder? I’m wondering if there are some redirects that are affecting this.

Hi Josh,
Yes it’s very strabge isn’t it?! I have installedthe latest uodate to EE and am still getting the error despite refreshing.

In terms of domains, yes The dite will beived to its own domain but only wheb it gieslive and we obviously want to get this issue sorted first. Are there specificqyestions I can ask the hostaboyt the posdible redirect issue to clarify things for you?
Thanksdo much,
Kate

Sorry I’ve just seen how many typos there are in my reply! It should say i have installed the latest version of EE and i still get the error. We will be moving the site to its own domain when it goes live but want to get this issue sorted first. Is there anything specific i can ask the site host to help confirm/rule out redirects as an issue?

Thanks so much,
Kate

Do you normally include /index.php/ in the WordPress URL? Normally that’s not included when using an Apache server (it’s something we’ll see on Windows servers though).
