Error message when updating event

I am getting this error message:

Fatal error: Function name must be a string in /hermes/bosnaweb17a/b1761/ipg.d3admin/d3/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/admin_pages/events/Events_Admin_Page.core.php on line 1029

The event seems to update, but constantly getting this error.

Hi there,

You’ll need to upgrade your server from PHP 5.3.29 (or contact your host and ask them to do the upgrade). The error you’re seeing is a result from using an unsupported version of PHP.
