Hi Khalid Joharji,
This has been fixed in the next version of Event Espresso.
Currently if you disable WP_Debug on the site the warning will no longer display and PDF’s generate correctly.

Hey Tony,
I just checked, it’s already with a “false” value meaning it’s disabled when this issue appeared, any other thoughts?
how long it’s going to take until this bug is fixed in event espresso?

This means your sever is set to display errors, you can add something like:
@ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );
To your wp-config.php file to stop the server displaying errors.
The update will be released today.
