I duplicate a lot of events and I sometimes need to delete a ticket. When I do and try to update I got an error message. So I am stuck with a useless line. I am not sure how to fix that mistake

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function start_date_and_time() on null in *redacted*

Hi,

Usually, when the above happens it is because the event page has exceeded the max number of inputs that your server will accept, within PHP there is a max_input_vars setting which controls this.

By default, it is 1000 and you can easily hit that number of inputs depending on your datetimes, tickets and any additional settings added by other plugins/the theme.

Here’s how to fix:

1) Contact your web host and ask them to raise the max_input_vars limit to 2000 or even 3000.
2) After that’s done, you go to Event Espresso > General Settings, make a change to one of the options there (it will be a temporary change). Then save, then change the setting back, the save again.
