Have you added your license key to Event Espresso -> General Settings?
You’ll need to go to your account page, copy the license key from there (use the one that does not end with _FREE)
Then paste that key within General Settings, be sure to check for whitespace before/after the key before saving.
That should assign the key to your domain and allow automatic updates.
