Error message on EE4 registration page

Hi. We keep getting this error when you go to the registration page.

The requested route _register could not be mapped to any registered modules

Could you point me in the direction as to what could be causing this.

Hi James,

That error message does not look familiar. Have you recently made any changes to your site such as adding any new plugins?
