ERROR MESSAGE ON CHECKOUT!

I just did this myself so I know what my customers are seeing ! I choose an event, I enter in all my CC info and the plug in gives me a error message telling me the it could not be completed and to try and refresh the page and try again…. BUT THE TRANSACTION DID GO THROUGH! So some of them enter it in all over again…get charged twice… and my phone starts ringing like crazy! I just bought 3 support tokens….SO HELP ME NOW!!! FIX THIS!!!!

Oh Also, the plug in sent me and email telling me the payment was declined….however I checked my back account and it DID go through. Also the plug in sent me all the correct transaction receipt as if nothing was wrong ! Please dont make me wait forever to hear for you! I just spent $70 bucks so I can get this resolved today!!!
