Hi – We had someone try and register and it kept throwing the error “A valid ticket could not be retrieved for the event. Please click the back button on your browser and try again. ProcessTicketSelector – addTicketsToCart – 445. The odd thing is it was only happening to one person. Others were able to register. Can you let us know what that error means?

Hi there,

That error means the ticket ID set on the request did not pull in a valid ticket from the database, unfortunately, it doesn’t give any details as to why.

Can you link me to the event in question so I can take a look?

HI Tony – it was this page…https://bc.eosworldwide.com/eos-bootcamp-registration/eos-us-boot-camp-payment/ but that event has now passed.

I had a look over the current page/event but there’s nothing that stands out there, unfortunately, without being able to reproduce and view the request itself there isn’t much we can do to troubleshoot this.

Yep I understand. I think it was a date cutoff issue. I will let you know if this comes up again. Thanks Tony.

Please do, if I can reproduce I’m more than happy to investigate further.
