Hi,
I am having the same issue as the two threads linked below, on the Thank You page it displays ‘loading transaction and payment information…
‘ and never does. I am not seeing any error in the Console part of dev tools.

Hi there,
That section uses the WP Beatbeat API to load, which WPEngine disable by default.
If you create a ticket with WPEngine they will enable it for you, in the meantime if you add this snippet to your site:

It will re-enable Heartbeat and should load the above. You can ad that code to a custom functions plugin:
