Dear Support,

How do I resolve the following error? The logo file does exists.
“Warning: getimagesize(http://www.jennybakery.sg/sg/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/JennyLogox250x250.png): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden in /home/jennybak/public_html/sg/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/libraries/shortcodes/EE_Transaction_Shortcodes.lib.php on line 335″

Hi there,

403 Forbidden means your server is refusing the connection.

Can you check with your host that allow_url_fopen is enabled on the server please.

Is this shown when you when you view the Receipt or within the PDF download?

Dear Tony,

I did a search and found out iTheme Security is due to iTheme protection. According to the solution, we just need to disable the following

Banned Users->Enable HackRepair.com’s blacklist feature (DISABLE THIS)
