Hi,
A customer tried to register today using Chrome v39.0.2171.95m and Internet Explorer v9.0.34 on a home computer and ipad and received the following error message:
An error has occurred:
Your form data could not be applied to any valid registrations.
EED_Single_Page_Checkout-_process_attendee_information-1391
I tested the registration and it works fine for me on a pc (Firefox) and mac (safari).
We recently upgraded from EE3 to EE4 and this was done by EE.

Hi,
I ran a test with Chrome (39.0.2171.95 m) and couldn’t replicate the error (you now have an incomplete registration called Test).
Are you using any cache plugins or server services? Have you tried emptying your browser cache?

Hi,
Our web hosting agent has directed us to this post – https://eventespresso.com/wiki/ee4-single-page-checkout-page-actions-filters/
Our web page is crashing and it appears to be an error with the database.
EE customised the booking page for us. Kindly advise of the next step.

Hi,
Why did the host link you to one of our documentation pages? Did they give any explanation for this action?
What is the error that is causing the database to crash? Has the host provided any information about this?
It may be worth turning on your error logs and WP_Debug to see if the errors will then become visible.

Please also check with your host to see if object caching is in use on the server. That may be what’s causing the intermittent registration form data errors.
