Hi, just purchased the business license, and cannot get started because I can’t even see the general settings page.

All that displays is the following error:

Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘organization_config_mnu’ not found or invalid function name in /home/scrumwrw/public_html/new/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 406

There is also this error on the payment settings page:

Warning: file_get_contents(/home/scrumwrw/public_html/new/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/gateways/atos/default/pathfile) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/scrumwrw/public_html/new/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/gateways/atos/settings.php on line 75

All other pages seem to display OK. Just purchased and really need to start set up and development work so would appreciate a speedy response. Thank you.

Hi Amy,

Is the WordPress site you have installed Event Espresso on a Multi-site install?

Hi Amy,

Can you try de-activating then re-activating Event Espresso please?

That code usually indicates a call to a function that does not exist. organization_config_mnu() is the function called when ‘Event Espresso’ is clicked which is the same as the ‘General Settings’ link.

You could also try downloading a fresh copy of Event Espresso and replacing your current version with that.

Failing that could you send us your login details so we can investigate further? Is so please use https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/
