ERROR: Booking Payment after TIMEOUT

We have been experiencing problems with Stageshow+ on our site. Every time someone purchases a ticket through Stageshow+ an error message is sent to our email. The message reads–

ERROR: Booking Payment after TIMEOUT

his booking has been rejected because payment was made after the maximum time allowed.

The Order and Payment details are as below. Arrangements should be made to repay the payment.

We can’t seem to figure out what is causing the error. The payments, made through Paypal, go through just fine (we receive regular confirmation of each one)

But Stageshow+ won’t record the purchase. We can’t keep track of our ticket sales, except through Paypal. We have used Stageshow+ for almost 3-4 years, and over 10 productions without any problems. This is the first time anything like this has come up. Help?

It turns out this forum is for Event Espresso support, which is a different event ticketing plugin.
