Error: After entering "1" in ticket choice,

After choosing an event and selecting 1 ticket, then clicking “register” button, I get:

Nothing in your Event Queue
You need to select at least one event before you can proceed with the registration process.

This happens with all events. The software does not register that a ticket was chosen.

Hi Susanne,

The above will happen if you are caching any of EE’s pages, looking over your site it looks like you have WP Rocket enabled.

You’ll need to exclude EE’s pages any caching WP Rocket is doing on the server, we have some documentation on how to do that here:

Thanks! It is working great! My webmaster says: Thanks for passing this on. We already had WP Rocket disabled for that reason, but I discovered that another cache (Varnish) was running on the server level. I disabled that, and it seems to have fixed the issue.

Great, I’m glad that’s working.

Just to note, you don’t actually need to completely disable all caching (although many people do) but you will need to exclude any page that loads Event Espresso so the ticket selector, event pages, checkout, thank you page etc.
