Error: 10202 An error occurred during account validation.

After a customer enters their credit card information and clicks submit they’re receiving this error message:
Transaction Failed
10202: An error occurred during account validation.
There was an error in the transaction process, try again. Event logged.

Please help….

Hi Steve,

The error code you saw was from Intuit/Quickbooks Merchant Services, and the specific code means: Could not validate the QBMS account.

Can you contact Quickbooks Merchant Services support and ask them to help you ensure your account is set up correctly?
