Entering a payment for a registrant manually

If I receive a check in payment for someone that registered online for a conference, how do I set their registration to show that they paid. I thought I was supposed to go to transaction details, but I’ve looked and looked and can’t find the button anywhere. Thanks!

Hi Sue,

When you view an individuals transaction, you should see something similar to this – http://take.ms/2HGSP

Are those buttons not there?

I found it. Once I hit View transaction details, I have to click an arrow under “Transaction Details” to see the payment button.
