Enter Additional Detials at Event Check-in

Hello,

Is there a way to enter additional details at the point of check-in? for example, My event is a weekly dance/social class and we issue serially numbered Tyvek access wristbands. We would like to enter/attach the serial number of each wristband to the attendee on event espresso. Is there a plugin or a way this can be done?

Hi George,

If you’re using the Barcode Scanner add-on or the Event Check-in tab on the Event Espresso > Registrations admin page, you can right click the link to open the registration record in a new tab to edit the registration from the check in page.

You’ll also need to add an “Admin-only” type question to a question group, and assign that question group to the event. You’ll input the number into that Admin-only question when you edit the registration.
