Hi there,

The modal that loads over the darker overlay is actually loading at the bottom of the page.

Try adding something like this:

#cart-results-modal-wrap-dv {
    top: 20rem!important;
}

To your sites CSS, you can add it in:

Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS.

Then when you add a ticket does it display correctly?
