Hello
I’m getting the Empty Cart error below:

It looks like you are attempting to refresh a page after completing your registration or your cart is empty. Please go to the events page and try again.

When I add a ‘/’ to the URL, the page loads correctly.

How do I fix this permanently?

Can you post a link to the page in question where the event gets added to the cart, so we can investigate further?

Hi Josh
I’m using this shortcode
[ESPRESSO_CART_LINK anchor=’Click here to make your stall selection’ direct_to_cart=1 moving_to_cart=’Redirecting to cart…’]
Would that have anything to do with it?
It was working up until yesterday?

Hi Sarah,

I suspect that the shortcode would need something like event_id=123 (where the event ID matches the ID of the event). You can send a login via the secure form on this page and we can investigate further.
