I’m having trouble figuring out how to send an email to all registrants for one event…since it isn’t done automatically, I would like to create my own and send it out to everyone! Thanks!

Hi Miriam,
Bulk notifications will be available in an upcoming version of Event Espresso 4.
For now, you can create an email list through an email marketing service like MailChimp or Constant Contact. Then you can add a link to sign up for the email list in the registration approved.
This will allow you to send an email notification through after an event.
