we have a problem with the email notification.
When a user registers for an event, he don’t receive the any email notification. This also happens when we change the registration status.
Could you help me?

Then try a registration or go to one of the messages in the messages editor and send a test email using this extra actions area. It appears in the right area of the message editor.
Then check the email log to see if those are being sent.
As a side note, do regular WP notifications work (e.g. password reset notifications)?
The majority of the examples there have a free tier available.
It basically means you are then sending all of your sites email through their servers rather than your hosting provider.
