Hi Paolo, If notifications are not being received by you or any registrants, then they may not be going out or arriving to the spam/junk email folder. Could you install a free plugin like email log (https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/)? Then try a registration or go to one of the messages in the messages editor and send a test email using this extra actions area. It appears in the right area of the message editor. Then check the email log to see if those are being sent. As a side note, do regular WP notifications work (e.g. password reset notifications)? — |

For intermittent email issues like above we recommend using a transaction email service to send your email. We have some examples of these services here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/postmark-app-mandrill-transactional-email-handling-services/ The majority of the examples there have a free tier available. It basically means you are then sending all of your sites email through their servers rather than your hosting provider. |
