Hi,

Can you outline in detail what happens when you try to go to edit those? For example, do you get an error message? Or another example, are you not able to access the Message template editor?

Sounds like you are editing the wrong ‘context’.

Take a look here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/messages-system-working-with-message-contexts/

Are you editing one contact and then checking another?

If you add a screenshot of the page you are editing we can tell from that:

no, iam editing same(Registration Pending Payment message) with invoice option.

‘Registration Pending Payment message’ is not a context, it’s a message type.

A single message can be used in multiple ways, for example, the ‘Registration Pending Payment message’ that you send to the event admin, could contain very different information than what you send to the Primary Registrant.

Each of those contexts can be edited independently, if you view the link I posted above, you’ll see how to identify the current context, and switch the context you are editing.

If you are searching the template you are editing and can not find ‘phone’ in the page, you are editing the wrong context, see – http://take.ms/OUiRH

Switching to the primary registrant context and searching for phone – http://take.ms/6MJtH

Please view the link I posted on working with message contexts and confirm you are editing the correct context.
