I’m having issues with the confirmation emails Espresso sends out to registered users. Outlook, Hotmail and Yahoo are blocking emails coming from Espresso. Is there a way to resolve this issue?

Hi Nick,

Please take a look at Mandrill app:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/postmark-app-mandrill-transactional-email-handling-services/

They help with authenticating emails so that they are not flagged as SPAM or Junk Mail. Mandrill also offers a free tier up to 12,000 emails per month.

Hi Lorenzo,

I’ve installed the Mandrill plugin and the emails are now being sent out. Unfortunately they’re being flagged as spam and moved to those folders. Is there any way around this?
