I have updated the admin email address but all registrations are still going to the wrong address.

Hello again,

By default, the event creator or “author” will receive those emails.

Go to Event Espresso –> Messages. Then locate Registration approved and click on Event Admin. What is the shortcode that is in use for the TO field?

[EVENT_AUTHOR_FORMATTED_EMAIL] = This is the event author

[CO_FORMATTED_EMAIL] = This is the organization email which is set in the general settings for Event Espresso

[ESPRESSO_ADMIN_FORMATTED_EMAIL] = This is the same as above (co formatted email)
