Email confirmations

Is there anyway to see if emails are actually being sent? Any sort of confirmation?

I, the webmaster, tested it and it worked, but my client/owner of the site would like to know if when she sents something…that it’s actually being delivered?

Hi Joanne,

If you want reporting to verify delivery then you might want to use a service like PostMarkApp or Mandrill. They can give you deliverability, open and click reporting for HTML emails.

We also built a plugin to integrate Event Espresso with their services. That plugin is available in the Pre-release channel (which you can join on your account page here on EventEspresso.com).
