email confirmations not being sent

Hello, when attendees are registering an email is not going out to the attendee or the website admin who should be notified. It was fine until about a month ago? I tested a payment reminder to make sure emails are sending through the server and it did come through so it seems to be an issue specific to the confirmation notifications.

WE are running event espresso Version 3.1.35.2.P. I was going to try to update but didn’t know how significant it is or if it could cause more issues? Here is what I have for settings on the confirmation email: http://screencast.com/t/edWtdShmgajT. We are using the authorize.net payment gateway.

Hi Jake,

Do you have a test event we can run some registrations on?

We recommend running the latest version of Event Espresso, the latest version works around issue with the security updates introduced in WP 4.2+, your current version does not have those fixes.

Do you have a development copy of the site you can run the updates on first to confirm it works as expected?

We have released a lot of bug fixes, improvements and some new features since 3.1.52.2
