Email confirmation to alternate email not sending when someone registers

Hello the email confirmation is working to indidivual who registers, however none of my events are sending emails to the event directors when someone registers. Please help…

Hi Jacob,

A copy of the registration is sent to the person that created the event in Event Espresso. This is the event admin or event author.

Could you check that a valid email is setup for the WordPress admin accounts that have created events?

Also please check the primary email in WP-admin –> Event Espresso –> General Settings.

Checked both, it was on a no-reply@domain email so now its at info@domain and now putting in alternate email address. Is there a way to test now? If so, how do I test an event?

You can test by registering for an event.
