The email confirmations will not send. I’ve tried using the resend button as well. I have other contact forms on my site, and they do send emails. No problem. I’ve checked and my settings are set to send at all points for confirmation. Not sure what to do next.
Hi Lesley, could you check to see if any of those emails have arrived in your junk or spam email folder?
If you are unable to find any emails, then please try setting up a transactional email service which will take over sending emails from the local email server. We have information on how to do so along with information on how Event Espresso handles emails here:
