Email Confirmation Not Arriving in Customer's Inbox | Multiple Registrations

I am using EE3 and have to require each participant to register separately because I am using Groupon (can only redeem 1 Groupon at a time therefore the must register separately). When customers register more than one name using the same email (name, phone and email are required), the customer is only receiving ONE email confirmation. They, then, always call to confirm all registrations were received since they did not receive the other confirmation emails. This makes more work for me. How can I ensure that they receive a confirmation email for each attendee under the same email? (I have asked them to check spam and have also installed Mandrill.) Any insight would be greatly appreciated and helpful. Thank you.

Hi Melissa,

It will help to verify whether each of the emails are actually being sent or not, and this can be done by installing a plugin to log all email activity. Here’s one we recommend:
