I want to indicate the IPN address for Paypal Standard, where can I find it in the settings. I don’t see it under Paypal Standard payment method page.

I have set it up to point to the TRANSACTIONS page. But this is the error I’m getting on that PAGE: No IPN (or incomplete IPN) received.

This is how I get this error. I did set up IPN notifications to be enabled and included the Transactions page there. However, my transaction page is a sub-page of Registration-Checkout page. Here how I have my pages set up.
/member-area/registration-checkout/
/member-area/registration-checkout/transactions
/member-area/registration-checkout/thank-you
/member-area/registration-checkout/registration-cancelled
When i go to Critical Pages menu in the admin area, it says that all critical pages are OK.
And all these pages are visible to public – not hidden or password protected

Hi Sandoutsites,
I did set up IPN notifications to be enabled and included the Transactions page there.
Can you remove the URL and also try disabling the IPN Notifications please. Then run another registration and see if you are correctly shown your payment details?
Are you using Paypal Sandbox?
