I have a quick questions about EE4 right out of the box. Does it come with the ability to create questions and question groups or is that an add-on that will have to be purchased separately?

Hi Ryan,
Custom Questions and Custom Question Groups are a core feature of Event Espresso 4.
No Add-on’s are required to use core features.

Thanks for the quick reply Tony. Another question, I really want to use the ticketing add-on that comes with the business license for EE3, the only thing is I need to use the Mijireh payment option with my current gateway. Does EE3 have Mijireh support of is there another option you can steer me towards?

No problem at all.
Unfortunately EE3 does not support the Mijireh gateway, which gateway are you using within Mijireh?
