Steps to reproduce:
– User is going to event page and choose 1 ticket (http://training-cafe.ro/events/seara-de-comunitate-29-mai-2014/)
– User is pressing Register Now
– After finalizing all steps to register the User is seeing the message: “Attendee information submitted successfully”
– But in Event Espresso Admin -> Registrations the Registration does not appear

More details:
– The ticket is free so no payment needs to be made

Please help me figure out this error.

Hi,

I made a test registration, did you receive it?

Hey Dean,

If you created a registration with TEST TEST then I can see it.
I get from you test that the message “Attendee information submitted successfully” it is not enough for a registration.
Clients should press also “Finalize Registration”.

But in my tests if I press “Finalize Registration” then the following error appears:
“This registration step could not be completed. Please refresh the page and try again.”

Hi Diana,

Would it be possible for you to temporarily turn on WP_DEBUG so we can investigate?

Hey Josh,

We’ve enabled WP_DEBUG.
Now if I try to register after filling registrant information I’m getting the following error:

This registration step could not be completed. Please refresh the page and try again. ( submit_reg_form_server_error )

Hi Diana,

It also failed for me when I tried to complete a registration.

Could you temporarily deactivate all plugins and reactivate only Event Espresso?

Then could you complete another test registration and let us know if you see the error again?

Hey Lorenzo,

I deactivated all plugins and I made another try.
I’m still getting the same error:

This registration step could not be completed. Please refresh the page and try again. ( submit_reg_form_server_error )

Thanks for giving that a try. I couldn’t find another report of this happening on another site so I’d like to take a closer look.

Could you please create a temporary SFTP/FTP login and a temporary WordPress admin login?

Please share that temporary login through the secure link below:

https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

To prevent delays in troubleshooting, be sure to double check your information on the form before submitting.

The submit button for the form appears after you have answered “Yes” to the last question.
