EE4 registration pending email corrupted continues

continues.. same thing.. updated to the latest EE4 available

Hello,

Is this happening with all email notifications or is it happening sporadically?

Are there any steps available on how to reproduce?

It’s happening only on the registration pending email..
I’m not sure what you mean steps to reproduce.. when someone registers for event and it is not complete and they are receiving that email where registration is pending top of it is jibberish

Hello,

I have not been able to duplicate this issue so I was curious if you had anymore information. Could you go to WP-admin –> Event Espresso –> Messages –> Settings and turn this messenger off (switch it to inactive). Then turn it back on (switch it back to active).

Then return to the Messages screen and click on a recipient for this messenger and try sending a test email through the this messenger. Let me know if the CSS issue continues.

Also, could you let me know if there were any edits made to the messenger for the primary registrant?

No nothing i do seems to help. I have updated everything to the latest version, my word press is pretty light there is nothing really installed apart from EE and couple of basic plugins.
Also i have not edited anything everything is out of the box.

I’m checking with a developer on this. What email client are you using?

Also, could you please create a temporary WordPress admin login so we can take a closer look at this issue?

Just upgraded to latest version 4.2.5.p and same issue .. image attached. I will work on login for you
